Alisina Saee Nazari
Alisina Saee Nazari is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst ('18) receiving his BA in Journalism and Certificate in Film Studies, and the University of Southern California ('23) receiving his MFA in Film and TV Production. He is currently an adjunct professor at USC's School of Cinematic Arts teaching production and post-production sound. His passion for sound grew from a love of filmmaking, poetry, and music. As an undergraduate, Alisina published his first collection of poems, "Butterfly Crossing" ('16), and shot his first short film, Mashallah, which was accepted into The Five College Student Film and Video Festival ('18). Since then, Alisina hasn’t stopped creating. Currently writing his second book, Alisina continues as a freelance sound designer and independent filmmaker.
